You will troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries while building a relationship with the customer
Provide service to customers seeking assistance with post-order issues such as returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status, preorder inquiries, and any other issues that may arise in the order fulfillment process.

What You'll Do:
Reconcile multiple accounts
Create financial reports for Management
Work with outside CPA/team on reports needed, sales, payroll tax filings
Reconcile invoices to purchase orders before entering into bills for payment
Record day to day financial transactions
Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
Minimum of associate’s degree in business administration, accounting, or relevant field.
Strong time manager with respect for deadlines.
Ability to identify errors and solve problems.
Quickbooks online certification
Ability to work full time.
